Laske kaikki matriisin lajitellut rivit

Kun annetaan m*n kokoinen matriisi, tehtävänä on laskea kaikki matriisin rivit, jotka on lajiteltu joko tiukasti kasvavaan tai tiukasti laskevaan järjestykseen?

Esimerkkejä:

Input : m = 4 n = 5
mat[m][n] = 1 2 3 4 5
4 3 1 2 6
8 7 6 5 4
5 7 8 9 10
Output: 3

Idea on yksinkertainen ja sisältää kaksi matriisin läpikulkua.

  1. Poikki matriisin vasemmalta puolelta laskeaksesi kaikki sisällä olevat rivit tiukasti kasvava järjestys
  2. Poikki matriisin oikealta puolelta laskeaksesi kaikki sisällä olevat rivit tiukasti laskevassa järjestyksessä

Alla on yllä olevan idean toteutus.
